Ryan and his team at Reputation Construction were a pleasure to work with! Ryan is a bit of a perfectionist which anyone can appreciate in their contractor. He has a fantastic team surrounding him that made us feel very comfortable in our own home which is important. His team has specialists in tile, granite/quartz, and all things related to remodels. We really appreciated Ryan's communication as he was in contact with us for updates and pictures often.
He came on the days that he was scheduled and was very timely. He was tidy and never left a mess in our home which was extremely important to us given we had a newborn arriving during the project. He was great at listening to my ideas and suggesting his own ideas as well. We did a combo of my vision and his suggestions and the guest bathroom project turned out better than we could have ever imaged! I would recommend Ryan and his team as he was respectful, detailed, organized, patient and he is just an overall good guy.
Bonus* Our project was finished and complete while we were in the hospital bringing our first child in to the world. Ryan sent us photos of the completed project and left us a very nice and generous welcome home gift for our little girl. It was a great touch.

We have long sought out a general contractor as we own an 89-year-old home in Edmonds and it needs some love and attention. Reputation Construction was the contractor we chose and we feel very fortunate in that decision.
We had four exterior doors in need of repair or replacement, as well as some reinforcement and concrete work in the garage. All this was to prepare the house and garage to be painted.
Working onsite on our project for three weeks in late June and early July 2022. Working well without direction, always paying attention to our wishes. A few times, our requests changed or were modified, and in those instances, his observations of how we used the spaces informed his recommendations, customizing to our needs. His efforts were above and beyond, or as he would say "over-deliver." For example, while working in our garage, he saw that there was space for better storage and access, and after discussing it with us, built in both shelving and a ladder so we could more fully utilize our extra space.
Additionally, Ryan is a genuine pleasure to work with - trustworthy and diligent. I feel I can honestly recommend Reputation Construction to work on and in your home, as he will care for it as you do.

We have known Ryan and his team for 8 years. We first met when we were looking for someone to remodel our deck and hot tub. We hired them to do the project and were delighted with the end results. The attention to detail and completed project exceeded our expectations. Subsequently, we have done a number of other projects, including prepping and painting the exterior of our home, changing interior and exterior light fixtures, texturing and painting interior rooms, laying tile, installing updated plumbing.
